كان على ساني تأسيس كيانها السعودي وتوسيع نشاطها بما يتوافق مع الأنظمة المحلية ويبدأ التشغيل بسرعة. SANY needed to establish its Saudi entity and expand operations in compliance with local regulations and launch quickly.

الحلThe Solution

عمل فريقنا على تصميم الهيكل التنظيمي، إعداد السياسات وفق نظام العمل، دمج الأنظمة مع قوى والتأمينات، واستقطاب وتوطين الكفاءات. Our team designed the organizational structure, developed policies compliant with labour law, integrated systems with Qiwa and GOSI, and recruited and localized talents.

أطلق المصنع أعماله في الوقت المحدد مع فريق متكامل وامتثال كامل للقوانين، محققاً نجاحاً باهراً. The factory launched on schedule with a full team and complete legal compliance, achieving outstanding success.
